NOTE: Booking is essential, as the maximum number of players accommodated will be 24.

Accommodation: limited double and twin rooms available on site (it’s a large guest house): €110 per room for 2 nights. This can be split between friends however you like but it is the actual cost to hire the rooms this year, and is good value for the west of Ireland if you do the maths (€27.50 pps pn!) – see their website .

The tournament will be played Bristol style, with selections displayed on a large screen for everyone to play along to. Prizes in 3 categories, trophies and medals in group A, medals in B and C, and a prize for last place.

Once we’re all done, it’s a walk next door to the pub for food and craic. Other things to note: we usually convene in the pub the night before, food there is very reasonable.

Fancy making a weekend of it? There are also lots of beautiful walks nearby, wildlife, fishing, and 20 mins in a car and you’ll find caves, wild bird sanctuary, and 40 mins there’s beaches, galleries, and so on. Knock airport is just 25 mins away and people can be collected by arrangement.
